Welcome to the Third Edition of Oishii Japan 2014

Oishii Japan 2014, ASEAN's largest dedicated Japanese F&B showcase, offers F&B professionals and food lovers a comprehensive sourcing and business-making platform. The three-day event is an all-encompassing showcase of food, drinks and related equipment and machinery from all over Japan.  Visitors can look forward to discovering the versatility of Japanese ingredients, sourcing for the finest seasonal produce, indulging in prefecture specialities and savouring classic and innovative Japanese food.
 
 

Key Information

The event will be held from 16 (Thursday) to 18 (Saturday) October 2014 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, spanning across 6,000sqaure metres. Organised by OJ Events Pte. Ltd. Oishii Japan aims to be a platform to bring together industry players who are keen to tap on the increasing popularity of Japanese F&B. It also helps to foster new collaborations for international cuisine to incorporate Japanese F&B restaurant offerings. Through Oishii Japan, the organiser hopes that more F&B professionals can be better equipped with the knowledge on the vast and diverse culinary and business opportunities Japan's F&B scene can provide.
