The event will be held from 16 (Thursday) to 18 (Saturday) October 2014 at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, spanning across 6,000sqaure metres. Organised by OJ Events Pte. Ltd. Oishii Japan aims to be a platform to bring together industry players who are keen to tap on the increasing popularity of Japanese F&B. It also helps to foster new collaborations for international cuisine to incorporate Japanese F&B restaurant offerings. Through Oishii Japan, the organiser hopes that more F&B professionals can be better equipped with the knowledge on the vast and diverse culinary and business opportunities Japan's F&B scene can provide. |

Oishii Japan 2014 is the largest dedicated Japanese F&B showcase. It attracted some 6,000 visitors last year from 24 countries.
