Established in 2001, Saurashtra Vepar Udyog Mahamandal (SVUM) is a federation of trade and industrial organizations from the Saurashtra-Kutch region, dedicated to promoting holistic and sustainable industrial growth. Rooted in the legacy of the Saurashtra Sankalan Samiti, SVUM focuses on policy advocacy, infrastructure development, and inclusive growth inspired by Gandhian principles. To showcase the region’s industrial potential, SVUM organizes the SVUM International Trade Show, along with business meets, seminars, and foreign buyer visits. Over the past decade, these initiatives have attracted more than 1,500 foreign buyers from 60 countries, generating over ₹5,000 crore in business.
