SIAL Middle East 2014 is the largest Middle Eastern Food Exhibition giving opportunity to millions of food lovers and 1000 of companies to come on a single platform to savor the taste of success. SIAL Middle East 2014 is going to be held on 24-26 November 2014, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The show is organized by Emirates Culinary Guild of Abu Dhabi in association with the World Association of Chefs Societies, La Cuisine by SIAL. More than 650 chefs are expected to present at the show, competing across 17 different categories to win the World’s prestigious titles namely: Best Cuisinier, Best Pastry Chef, Best Artist and Best Arab National.

  The event receives full support from Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) and buyers of 39 countries.
