India Pavilion At Metalex 2019
METALEX is one of the most established exhibitions in the Southeast Asia region. This will be the 13th edition of the show and will concurrently held with ROBOTEX and WELING Vietnam at The Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center. The show has already got the confirmed pavilions from Korea, Japan, USA, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore. METALEX is the only show in Vietnam having major international pavilions from other countries except China.
This show will feature the latest innovations, both technologies and solutions. Production will be upgraded. Business growth will be achieved through unprecedented ideas and collaborative partnerships possible via concurrent seminars and networking opportunities.
METALEX Vietnam 2019 will be attracting over 19,000 Trade Visitor & more than 500 Exhibitors from 25 countries.

Reimbursement of Airfare
Up to Rs. 70,000 may be reimbursed to eligible participants in terms of the MAI guidelines. However, this shall be subject to receiving of specific Govt. approval for such assistance for events of 2019-20. The T&C must be abided by for eligibility towards such re-imbursement.
Benefit to The Member-Exporters
EEPC India is organizing this event under the MAI Scheme of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. The rates mentioned above are subsidized in comparison with the normal rates offered by the Fair Authorities.
PARTICIPATION CHARGES
One side open (built-up booth): Rs. 19,000 per sqm.
Early bird discount:
Rate of Rs 18,000/- per sqm. will apply upto 30 June 2019
10% extra for two sides open booth (subject to availability)
Participation Charge includes 3 nights of hotel stay
for one person per exhibiting organisation
(to be allotted on first-come-first-served basis)
Booth size: 9 sqm.
One side open (built-up booth): Rs. 16,000 per sqm.
10% extra for two sides open booth (subject to availability)
