2nd to 4th November, 2012
IARI Campus, Pusa, New Delhi, India
Preamble:

Crop diversification from a grain based agrarian system to "High Remunerative" fruits, vegetables, floriculture; spices etc based farming system has emerged as potential agriculture enterprise over the last few decades. Transformation in favor of high value commodities (HVCs) is driven mainly due to changing food consumption pattern and income elasticity.

With the belief that High Value Agriculture can be the game changer for agrarian economy NSFI is organizing the Global Agri Connect 2012 to sensitize farmers and Indian Agri Industry towards maximum value creation in High value agriculture. The focus areas are horticulture, precision farming, financial inclusion and opportunities in emerging markets like North East Region.
